Assalamuailaikum..slmt pagi semua..
Hari ni..bngun lewat ats sebb smlmn x dpt tido lepas got bad dream..haha..pastu lepas subuh terlajak tido pai kol 9.. kuikui .. x baik tol anak dara bngun lmbt..ish2 .. xpela i got reason anyway kan.. so now bukan nk citer about my dream n so on..tp just about breakfast..
So kol 10 i have meeting about lawatan antarabangsa.. so every morning 'wajib' for me to take breakfasr even im in late or what . So simple breakfast is
U make one mug of milk and u can put one or two b/spoon of oat and a packet of oat biscuit.. and its done..
Mmg kenyang smpai kol 1 n 2 ptg ..sbbnya u already eat oat which is rich with carbo and also as a booster digestion ..its really good for stomuch ... really good owkay.. and also oat helps to lower ur cholestrol level .. orite that all for this morning . Salam.. :-):-)
